Detailed Itinerary

Day 01:  Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel

Namaste! Upon your arrival we will welcome you at the international airport and transfer you to our hotel. Once you’re settled (relaxed and freshened up), we will take you to an authentic Nepali dinner. Where we can get to know each other better on the dining table while enjoying tasty food, and to set clear expectations for each other regarding the rest of our days. This will also give you a more in-depth understanding on the upcoming trek.

Day 02:  Flight from Kathmandu – Pokhara (830m/25 minutes), drive to Nayapul and trek to Ghandruk (1,940m/5-6 hours)

After breakfast, we will travel via zigzag route over the middle hills to Nayapul (trail foot) where you meet your porters and start the trek to Birethanti, a prosperous riverside village nestled on the bank of the Modi Khola  (which carries the melt water from the Annapurna South Glacier to the Ganges). Walk through the terraced fields to Syauli Bazaar, cross the suspension bridge and then rise uphill with excellent views of Machhapuchhre (Fish Tail), Hiunchuli and Annapurna South. Climbing through the long staircase and crossing the huge landslide, we will reach the village of Ghandruk: with excellent views of the valley gorge – and tomorrow’s trail.

Day 03:  Ghandruk – Chomrung

After breakfast, we will to head north of the village,we will walk on an exposed trail to the summit of the ridge and then descend down to the green valley and suspension bridge over the Kimrong Khola. After lunch, we descend down to the valley through the thick cluster of rhododendron and oak forest to reach Chhomrong with great views of snowy peaks.

Day 04: Chomurng – Doban

After breakfast, we  will descend down to Chhomrong Khola, cross the river and then climb up to the stunning village of Sinuwa. Thereafter, we walk along the upper reaches of upper Modi Khola Valley through the dense forest of cane, rhododendron and oak. The trail rises and descends down to the village of Bamboo (2,310m/7,580ft) located at the bank of river. After lunch, we will rise up through the uninhabited forest to Doban.

Day 05: Doban – Deorali

After breakfast, we will walk through the bamboo forest which is damp and cold and then climb steadily on steep slopes. It is only after reaching Himalayan Hotel that the forest widens up and we get the sun again with stunning view of glacial river below. We then make a steep climb through the drier forest before reaching Hinku Cave. From here the trail descends down to the river and then climb to Deurali, the most scenic stretch of the day. The vegetating here is sparser allowing the great view of valley, river and tock cliff about the bands of wispy waterfalls.  

Day 06: Deorali – ABC

After breakfast, climb gradually through a river bed and then on steep trail over the mountain side. The trial from Bagar – Machapuchhre Base Camp is challenging. From Base Camp, we get crystal clear bird eye views of Machhapuchhre along with Mt. Hiunchuli, Annapurna South, Annapurna one, Annapurna three, Gandharvachuli & Gangapurna which is rewarding.

The vegetation disappears on the trail to ABC. The trekking trail opens up as we enter into the Annapurna Sanctuary. The sanctuary offers the 360-degree panorama of Himalayas. From the base camp, we get the mesmerizing views of the Machhapuchhre, Annapurna South, Annapurna I, Hiunchuli and other peaks.

Option 1

Day 07:  Flight back to Kathmandu

Early morning helicopter flight from ABC to Kathmandu. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, our representative will receive you and transfer you to the hotel. The rest of the day is leisure to explore the Kathmandu city or do last minute shopping. In the evening, we attend a farewell dinner at authentic Nepali restaurant.

Day 08:  Final Departure

Day 07:  Heli Fly Back to Pokhara

Early Morning fly back to Pokhara, after lunch sightseeing in Pokhara. Overnight in Pokhara.

Day 08:  Full Day sightseeing in Pokhara

 You will visit various places of Pokhara, including boating in fewa lake and candle night dinner in Lake side.You can join adventure activities in Pokhara if you want, like paragliding, Bungee jumping, Zip Flyer etc. Over night in Pokhara.

Day 09:  Fly Back to Kathmandu and Departure

Early in the morning fly back to Kathmandu and prepare for departure

About Nepal Visa


Nepal visas can be easily obtained from the Government of Nepal, Nepalese Embassy or Consulate office located in your country. You can get a visa from the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu on your arrival or from any other entry point in Nepal. Make sure to bring a few sets of your passport size photos. Visa fees are inexpensive.

You can also apply for a visa in a near embassy or either you can travel to Nepal and get a visa on arrival. We will assist you to settle your visa work too.

Accommodation in Kathmandu and Trek

We offer you a star rated accommodation with comfort and cozy. You will be amused with the facility and warmth we offer you including facility like (attached bath, A/C, 24 hours running hot and cold shower). During the trek your accommodation is includes Mt. Lodge and local tea houses but we do our best for providing the best available lodges on a twin- sharing basis, some tea house are basic with shared washing and toilet facilities. Meals and Drinking Water

We provide you only Bb facility in city as preferred in itinerary. Full board meals are included (breakfast, Lunch and dinner with cup of tea or coffee) throughout the trek.  We provide you food from the local tea house Mt. Lodge en route chosen from a menu. Breakfast and dinner is to be provided from the same tea house we would overnight but lunch would be en route in between. You can enjoy the Nepalese style cuisine or any other continental food as per required. You are to be giver from pizza to snacks. Most teahouses offer a variety of rice and noodle dishes, as well as soup and seasonal vegetable. A variety of cereals, bread and egg dishes are generally available for breakfast.

Health and Fitness Required

Health is the most important part of traveling or trekking. One must possess good physical condition before and while commencing Himalaya’s tour. If you don’t have any trekking experiences better grab one or be physically prepare for the trek. Before commencing adventurous trek you can commence a short hike, cycling or a short walking tour, this may help you a lot throughout the trek.

The highest height you will reach on this trip is 5545m from the sea level. The walk may be ups and down passing various villages, high land, wilderness and much more difficult and rough trail.

We strongly advise travelers to consult with your medical doctor before travelling and do the regular check up of your health and report us while booking a trip with us.

Guide and Porter

Our porter are fully equipped and insured for each trip they are responsibility with us. As you know that we are very honest with the porter issues and their condition while on trek thus we make sure that our porter are fully prepared for the trip. We are closely working with international porter Progress Association for the welfare and befit for the touristic porters.

It is our company’s management system; the maximum load carried by our porter is 20 to 25 KG so be sure that your trekking bag is not loads more 20 KG.

Travel Insurance

One of the most important factors of trekking is the travel insurance. To be sufficiently protected in terms of insurance, you will need specialized travel insurance for participation in risky activities.

Your travel insurance policy must be covers emergency evacuation, trip injury, lost baggage, medical treatment and expenses, theft, liability is recommended. Make sure the insurance covers all the activities that you will be undertaking your stay in Nepal such as trekking and climbing including others trip.
