Dhampus Australian Camp Hike is one of the short hike in the Annapurna Region taking you through beautiful, naturally and culturally rich points: The route goes through Dhampus then Naudanda then drive back to Pokhara. Dhampus offers the panoramic mountain view of Dhawalagiri, Annapurna, Manaslu besides being culturally rich spot because of its Gurung community inhabitants.

Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Hike to Dhampus Australian Camp
Post breakfast and short briefing about the hike, we drive from your hotel to Phedi, Hyangja that shouldn’t take more than 20 minutes and start our hike to Astam. We will have luch in Dhampus and spend time sightseeing the place as Dhampus is culturally rich besides being aesthetically beautiful. Spending some time in Dhampus, we continue our hike to Australian Camp for overnight stay. Fishtail, Annapurna Range, Lamjung-mountain range can be seen from here. Ideally, the day is 3.5-4.5 hours hike.
Day 2: Australian Camp-Kande/ Naudanda-Pokhara
Post breakfast and some sightseeing, we continue all the way down to Kande/Naudanda to have lunch and take a drive all the way back to Pokhara. Finish hiking at Pokhara.
