For the transportation in Kathmandu you will get private vehicle. You will take private Heli flight to Lukla and Heli flight from Kalapathar to Kathmandu too.

Nevertheless, selecting a Heli flight significantly increases the likelihood of a 100% successful flight rate, as helicopters possess the advantage of being able to land at any location without the need for a runway.
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu

Day 02: Rest day and Preparation day
Today you will stay in Kathmandu, meet your trekking guide, prepare as per his suggestions, if anything you need to buy for the trek you will buy.
As today is a rest day, you can take some time to adjust to the local time zone and recover from any jet lag you may have. This day is also an excellent opportunity to explore the vibrant city of Kathmandu and prepare for the upcoming Everest trek.

Day 03: Fly to Lukla From Kathmandu and Trek to Phakding
Today, we have the option to take a Heli flight from Kathmandu to either Lukla or Phakding. If we wish to visit the famous mountain city of Lukla, we will land there and then trek to Phakding. Alternatively, we can directly land at Phakding.
It is important to note that Lukla Airport is a difficult airport due to various factors, including unpredictable weather conditions, a short runway, and its location surrounded by mountains. Therefore, it requires the pilot to have complete control of the aircraft. Moreover, flights are only possible in the morning. Due to a high rate of cancellations, many trekkers have to wait in Kathmandu for 2-3 days for regular flights to Lukla.
However, opting for a Heli flight provides a very good chance of a 100% flight success rate. Helicopters have the advantage of being able to land anywhere without requiring a runway.

Day 04: Trek to Namche
Today is an exciting day as you begin your trek to Namche Bazaar, one of the main hubs of the Khumbu region. You'll be trekking along the Dudh Koshi river and ascending through the lush forests of the Sagarmatha National Park. The trek offers stunning views of the mountains and the opportunity to experience the local culture and hospitality.

Day 05: Acclimate at Namche and tour around Namche village, Study and Learn Sherpa culture
Free day at Namche, tour around sherpa villages, visit Everest Photo Gallery and Sherpa Culture Museum.

Day 06: Private Heli fly to Lobuche and Trek to Gorakhshep
As you enjoyed trekking experience in Himalaya. Now we will take heli ride near to everest base camp villages. We will decide the destination as per your request, suggestions by guide and health team. We can fly to Pheriche or Lobuche. If we Take flight to Pheriche we will trek to Lobuche and overnight there. If we fly to Lobuche we will trek to Gorakhshep and overnight there. Or we can Overnight in Lobuche too. The trekking overnight decision are made as per climate, trekkers health conditions. As the altitude increase rapidly there will be the chance of altitude sickness.
Day 07: Trek to Base camp and return back to Gorakhshep
Today you will trek to Everest base camp spend some time there and trek back to Gorakshep.
Overnight at Buddha Lodge Gorakshep.
Day 08: Trek to Kalapathar and Fly back to Kathmandu via private heli
Early in the morning we will trek to Kalapathar to view the Everest peak. Fly back to Kathmandu by Heli.
