You can visit a Muktinath temple at any time of the year. The weather is clean and green in the summer, so when you visit Muktinath temple, you will feel surrounded by green hills, clear blue sky, and cold air blowing all over the hills and Mountains.

Detailed Itinerary

Day 01: Welcome to Kathmandu

Namaste! Upon your arrival, we will welcome you at the international airport and transfer you to our hotel. Once you’re settled (relaxed and freshened up), we will take you to an authentic Nepali dinner. Where we can get to know each other better at the dining table while enjoying delicious food and setting clear expectations for each other regarding the rest of our days. This will also give you a more in-depth understanding of the upcoming tour.

Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu

After breakfast, our sightseeing trip will start. We will visit many places like temples, museums, and World Heritage sites like Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, Kathmandu Durbar Square, Thamel, Asan bazaar, Bhaktapur Durbar Square, and many more.

Day 03: Drive to Pokhara

Early morning drive through the beautiful Nepalese countryside to reach the Pokhara. You can have the chance to experience the serenity of the less traveled places in Nepal and to have a glimpse of the quaint villages along the way. Pokhara is a scenic and leisure hub where you can sit back and enjoy yourself beside the beautiful Fewa lake. Enjoy your own time after the long ride and rest overnight at the hotel.

Day 04: Drive to Jomsoom

Jomsom is 157km away from Pokhara. It takes nearly 6 hours to reach Jomsom. On the way to Jomsom, you can explore the greenery of Nepal. The route follows the Kali Gandaki river The kali Gandaki river is also one of the fastest-flowing rivers in Nepal. You will get to witness the mind-blowing views of different places like Ghasa, Lete, Kobang, Marpha, and Jomsom. On the way, you will get to see the most beautiful Rupse waterfall. It is 300m height waterfalls and the most popular place among tourists as it is on the way to Jomsom. 

Day 05: Drive to Muktinath

Early in the morning, we will drive to Muktinath temple. It is nearly 25km from Jomsoom. We can reach in 1 hour and after that, you can hire a horse and can go to the temple or else you can walk the stairs and reach the temple. After reaching the temple you can go and worship Lord Vishnu. After worshipping don.t forget to take bath in 108 water spouts and 2 ponds. It is believed that taking bath in spouts and ponds brings salvation. Enjoy the cultural and worshipping environment of devoted and vibe nature. 

After visiting the temple we will go to Kagbeni. It is famous among Hindu pilgrims. It is believed that doing puja in Kagbeni for Pitri helps the ancestors to reach Heaven. 

Day 06: Drive back to Pokhara

Jomsom is 157 kilometeres from Pokhara. It takes almost six hours, but it will take nine to ten hours for us. We'll stop by the nearby monastery on the way to Pokhara. On the way, we'll stop at a few caves that have been there for almost a millennium. At the Rupse waterfall, we'll pause. You can play in the water and take pictures while doing so. After that, we'll go to a nearby Dhaba to eat a traditional Nepali meal. Before returning to Pokhara, we'll sing, dance, play games, and do other enjoyable things.

Day 07: Drive back to Kathmandu

After breakfast, we will travel to Kathmandu. On the way, we'll see the local way of life, the Marshyangdi and Trishuli rivers, a local Dhaba (Highway restaurant), and views of mountains and green hill stations. Grab the last chance to enjoy the vibes of Kathmandu and capture a memorable moment in Nepal.

Day 08: Departure

In the morning, we will serve you breakfast. If your flight is scheduled to depart in the morning. Our team member will accompany you to the airport in accordance with your travel plans (In a private vehicle). If your flight is in the evening, you can go shopping for souvenirs for your loved ones or simply stroll around Kathmandu. Furthermore, if you want to stay in Nepal for a few extra days, we can arrange some of the best adventure or tour activities.

About Nepal Visa

Nepal visas can be easily obtained from the Government of Nepal, the Nepalese Embassy, or the Consulate office located in your country. You can get a visa from the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu on your arrival or from any other entry point in Nepal. Make sure to bring a few sets of your passport-size photos. Visa fees are inexpensive.

You can also apply for a visa in a near embassy or either you can travel to Nepal and get a visa on arrival. We will assist you to settle your visa work too.

Accommodation in Kathmandu and Trek

We offer you star-rated accommodation with comfort and cozy. You will be amused with the facility and warmth we offer you including facilities like (an attached bath, A/C, 24 hours running hot and cold shower). During the trek, your accommodation is included Mt. Lodge and local tea houses but we do our best for providing the best available lodges on a twin-sharing basis, some tea houses are basic with shared washing and toilet facilities. Meals and Drinking Water

We provide you only Bb facility in city as preferred in itinerary. Full board meals are included (breakfast, Lunch and dinner with cup of tea or coffee) throughout the trek.  We provide you food from the local tea house Mt. Lodge en route chosen from a menu. Breakfast and dinner is to be provided from the same tea house we would overnight but lunch would be en route in between. You can enjoy the Nepalese style cuisine or any other continental food as per required. You are to be giver from pizza to snacks. Most teahouses offer a variety of rice and noodle dishes, as well as soup and seasonal vegetable. A variety of cereals, bread and egg dishes are generally available for breakfast.

Health and Fitness Required

Health is the most important part of traveling or trekking. One must possess good physical condition before and while commencing Himalaya’s tour. If you don’t have any trekking experiences better grab one or be physically prepare for the trek. Before commencing adventurous trek you can commence a short hike, cycling or a short walking tour, this may help you a lot throughout the trek.

The highest height you will reach on this trip is 5545m from the sea level. The walk may be ups and down passing various villages, high land, wilderness and much more difficult and rough trail.

As you know that we are very honest with the porter's issues and their condition while on the trek thus we make sure that our porter is fully prepared for the trip. We are closely working with the international porter Progress Association for the welfare and befit for touristic porters.

It is our company’s management system; the maximum load carried by our porter is 20 to 25 KG so be sure that your trekking bag is not load more 20 KG.

Travel Insurance

One of the most important factors of trekking is the travel insurance. To be sufficiently protected in terms of insurance, you will need specialized travel insurance for participation in risky activities.

Your travel insurance policy must cover emergency evacuation, trip injury, lost baggage, medical treatment and expenses, theft, and liability is recommended. Make sure the insurance covers all the activities that you will be undertaking during your stay in Nepal such as trekking and climbing including other trips.
