Namche Bazzar is one of the most stunning villages lies on ward no 5 of Khumbu Pasanglhamu Rural Municipalit Solukhumbu District. Solukhumbu District is north western district of Koshi Pradesh and north eastern part of Nepal. The weather is generally cool in summer (June to August) day temperatures ranging between 10°C to 15°C, accompanied by frequent monsoon rains. Winters (December to February) are cold, with temperatures often dropping below freezing, especially at night, while daytime temperatures is around 5°C. Spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) are the most pleasant seasons, offering clear skies, mild temperatures (5°C to 17°C), and stable conditions, making them ideal for trekking. Due to its high elevation (3,440 meters), weather can change rapidly, and mornings are often foggy before clearing up by midday. Proper clothing and preparation are essential to handle the unpredictable mountain climate.

Namche Bazzar is deeply influenced by Sherpa culture. In Namche Bazzar, you will get to witness Tibetan Buddhism with traditional Himalayan customs. There are three A Class banks in Namche if you want to do financial transaction with bank or want to take out cash from Bank. Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited (RBBL), Siddhartha Bank Limited (SBL), Nabil Bank Limited (NABIL) branch office are located at Namche. There is ATM available for cashout here, if you don't have enough cash please take out cash here. This is the last desination where you can access Banking and ATM facility. You can pay to tea houses, hotels and shops using card swip facility too here in Namche but you need to carry cash for other villages above here.

To get yourself in Namche, first you will have to take a flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, or you can take a flight from Ramechhap to lukla. After reaching in Lukla, You will have to trek from Lukla to Phakding. Another otpion is by taking helicopter flight from Kathmandu or Lukla. With out flight you can walk via Jiri after Kathmandu to Jiri drive. And after trekking towards Phakding you will have to trek from Phakding to Namche Bazzar.
You need to cross Tok Tok village, Benkar vilalge, Monjo village , Jorsalle village and Hillary Bridge to reach Namche from Phakding village.
