The charge for hiace overnight is Rs 6000 per night as specified by the Tourist Vehicle Association of Nepal. The discounted price offered by us is Rs. 5500 per night.

What is the overnight charge?

In simple the total cost for vehicle rental is calculated by the number of days you occupy our vehicle if you are not using only pick up or drop off service or one-way service. The additional day basis charge for round trips is called the overnight charge. The charge depends on the vehicle, the overnight cost for every vehicle is different. for eg. if you book a hi-ace for Kathmandu Pokhara and want to return with hiace after 03 days.

Can I book your hiace for off roads?

No, you can not book hi-ace for off roads. And we don't suggest booking a hi-ace from another agency either. If you want a comfortable and safe drive book Scorpio, Jeep, Sumo, Land Rover for off-road.

What is the per-day charge for Toyota Hiace rental?

The per-day charge for Toyota Hiace rental in Nepal is NPR 15,000, including driver and fuel. The minimum rental period is 5 days. Please note that off-road use is not allowed under daily rental terms.
