Namaste! Upon your arrival, we will welcome you at the international airport and transfer you to our hotel. Once you’re settled (relaxed and freshened up), we will take you to an authentic Nepali dinner. Where we can get to know each other better at the dining table while enjoying delicious food and setting clear expectations for each other regarding the rest of our days. This will also give you a more in-depth understanding of the upcoming trek.

The permit can be obtained from the Immigration Office in Kathmandu, and the process usually takes a few hours to complete. To prepare for the application process, you will need to provide your passport, visa, and two passport-sized photos. Early in the morning we will head towards Gorkha. . The route takes you through the Prithvi Highway, which is a well-maintained road that connects Kathmandu to Pokhara. From Pokhara, you will turn towards the northwest and follow the road to Gorkha. The road passes through scenic landscapes, including terraced hillsides, green forests and rivers.

The road winds its way through the region's lush green hills and forests, beginning in Besisahar at an elevation of 823m. Trekkers will be rewarded with breathtaking views of the Himalayan peaks as well as the charming villages and hamlets that dot the landscape. The road passes through several small towns and settlements where trekkers can learn about the local culture and traditions. The terrain becomes increasingly urban as the road approaches Kathmandu, which sits at an elevation of 1,400m, with the hustle and bustle of city life becoming more apparent.

We will serve you breakfast in the morning. If your flight is planned for the morning. By your travel plans, Our team member will go to drop you at the Airport(In a private vehicle). If your flight is in the evening, you may go shopping and pick up some souvenirs for your loved ones, or you can just hang around Kathmandu city. Additionally, if you wish to stay in Nepal for a few extra days, we can set up some of the best adventure activities there.
