Driving from the bustling city of Pokhara, we will head through the Jomsom village from the Pokhara-Beni-Jomsom road.

On the route, we'll stop by Marpha, one of Mustang's most picturesque settlements. This location is well-known for its professionally managed guesthouse and tea house, as well as numerous restaurants and cafés. This area includes distinctive traditional dwellings inhabited by the Sherpa, Tibetan, and Thakali populations. You can also visit the village's apple farm, where you can taste apples straight from the tree for a fee. You can also buy apples in the village market.
After visiting this village, we will continue our journey to Jomsom, which is roughly one hour away. When you arrive, check into your accommodation, and then in the evening, visit the magnificent Jomsom Bazaar (market) surrounded by the gorgeous Himalayas. Where there are numerous hotels, airports, cafés, and restaurants. You can sample the beverage created in Mustang from their Farm Apple. 

Dinner at the hotel tonight, followed by preparations for the next day. The next morning, after breakfast, take a shared jeep to Muktinath Temple, which takes about an hour. On the way, take some photos for memories at Selfie Dada (Mountain) and then continue on the paved route, which offers a pleasant ride. Then, from the jeep station, hike 187 stairs to the temple entrance at a height of 3710 meters (12,172 ft). 

In the Hindu and Buddhist religions, 108 represents spiritual fulfillment. After that, go to the temple and make some offerings. After the puja, take a bath in the 108-stone spout and cool yourself in the temple's two sacred pools. Bathing here is thought to represent the removal of sin and the attainment of freedom. Then, change your clothing near the changing area and head to the Kali Gandaki River. This river has immense significance since it represents the flow of life, purification, and continuance.

For the devotee, this river serves as a spiritual guide, linking the earthly sphere to the heavenly. This river is also known for Saligram, one of the revered black fossils representing Lord Vishnu. After the visit, return to your accommodation in Jomsom for lunch before continuing to Pokhara City.

Day 1

Drive from Pokhara to Jomsom

After breakfast, we'll proceed to Jomsom, a lovely village in the Mustang area on the Kali Gandaki River flanked by the majestic Nilgiri, Dhaulagiri, and Annapurna mountains. The drive will take 5/7 hours along the Kali Gandaki River, beginning in Beni. The distance between Jomsom and Pokhara is around 170 kilometers. We'll drive through beautiful green forests, admiring the different scenery. We'll stop for an authentic Nepali lunch along the journey and eat it occasionally.
After that, we'll stop in Marpha, a quaint and traditional village on the road to Jomsom. We will sample local specialties and visit the local Apple farm, which is the nexus for Apple supplies from Nepal to the international market. 

We will also visit the Rupse Waterfall, which is a popular tourist site in Mustang. Rupse waterfall is located on the highway that leads to Mustang. The water falls from a height of 300 meters into the Kali Gandaki River. The waterfall is beautiful, and we want to spend some time there taking pictures and enjoying the scenery. Following that, We'll head for Jomsom. After arriving in Jomsom, we will stay at a two-star hotel. You can choose your stay according to your needs. In the evening, we will go for a short stroll in the Jomsom Valley to appreciate the wonderful scenery and mountain views. Enjoy the typical Nepali dinner.

Day 2

Early morning drive to Muktinath and Drive back to Pokhara

We'll leave early in the morning for a two-hour trip to Muktinath Temple via breathtaking scenery. After arriving in Muktinath, take a short stroll to the temple. You can take the approximately 187 stairs to the entrance of the Muktinath temple. Alternatively, you can rent a horse to take you to the entrance gate for a fee. After reaching the Muktinath Temple. You can perform Lord Vishnu's pooja following the rituals. You can take a bath on the 108 water spouts that emerge from the Kali Gandaki, and it is said that those who take 108 baths and a holy plunge in the two ponds at the Muktinath temple are saved from all their sins.

You can tour the serene surroundings, which are once in a lifetime to see. You can also see the breathtaking Himalayan peaks in the background. After spending time in the Muktinath temple, we shall return to Jomsom.

On the route, we will make a halt at the Kali Gandaki River to do Pitri Puja or ancestral worship. It is thought that by doing Pitri Puja here, our forefathers will receive salvation and be freed from the cycle of life and death. A swinging bridge on the river will lead you to a viewpoint with 360-degree views of the lovely Kali Gandaki River and its surroundings. You can also collect the Saligram from the riverbed, which is a holy stone representing Lord Vishnu. After that, we will go to Jomsom, eat lunch, and then return to Pokhara by road.
