How long is the Deluxe Everest base camp trek?

The Luxury Everest base camp trek is a minimum of 08 days long. The trek duration can vary with your pace, age, and health conditions. We can discuss and customize the itinerary as per your needs. Our guide and porter will decide how your Everest memory will be more luxurious. Lukla marks the beginning of this expedition. You will proceed via the Sagarmatha National park to the interesting town of Namche Bazaar and the picturesque village of Phakding.

Best time to do comfort Everest base camp trek in Nepal.

Early spring (early March to late July) is the perfect time to trek in Nepal. The temperature and the climate starts to warm up during this time. The hills will be covered in greenery. When flower bloom, everything appears lovelier and better March will also be in bloom all over the hills, allowing you to see it. Although this is the best time of year for trekking, the himalayan region may get rather busy and overcrowded.

Fall season (September to early November) is known as the best time to trek.

Deluxe Everest Base Camp Trek Food and meal

You will get your desired food in the 5-star hotel from their menu. Nepalese cuisine and unlimited food are served, with lots of noodles, rice, and lentils. You will get three meals on all trekking days. Your food will be more hygienic than tea house meals on trekking days.

Transportation

For the transportation in Kathmandu, you will get a private vehicle. You will take a private Heli flight to Lukla and a Heli flight from Kalapathar to Kathmandu too.

It's crucial to consider that Lukla Airport presents a challenging environment for aircraft due to various factors, such as erratic weather conditions, a short runway, and its location surrounded by mountains. This situation demands the pilot to have full command of the aircraft. Besides, flights are exclusively available in the morning, and numerous trekkers often face a wait of 2-3 days in Kathmandu to catch regular flights to Lukla because of a high rate of cancellations.

Nevertheless, selecting a Heli flight significantly increases the likelihood of a 100% successful flight rate, as helicopters possess the advantage of being able to land at any location without the need for a runway.

Luxury Everest Base Camp Trek Itineary Option I

The first option is the most luxurious way to explore Everest base camp. This package is designed in a way that you will trek in the Himalayas, also fly near Mountains, and finish in a short period. This trek is fully customizable and for all age groups. If you want to view Everest and trek there but think you don't have enough time if you think you can not walk for 10 days in the mountain. This is the right package for you. You will Take Heli from Kathmandu to Lukla which is very much safer than the Kathmandu Lukla Flight. Then you will trek for a few days in the Himalayas and cut off the trekking duration by taking a heli flight from Namche again. Then again you will trek in Everest base camp and return to Kathmandu via Heli.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu

You will stay at a Five-star hotel in Kathmandu, you can choose your hotel from the list of five-star hotels.

Day 02: Rest day and Preparation day

Today you will stay in Kathmandu, meet your trekking guide, and prepare as per his suggestions, if anything you need to buy for the trek you will buy.

As today is a rest day, you can take some time to adjust to the local time zone and recover from any jet lag you may have. This day is also an excellent opportunity to explore the vibrant city of Kathmandu and prepare for the upcoming Everest trek.

Overnight at Kathmandu

Day 03: Fly to Lukla From Kathmandu and Trek to Phakding

Today we will take a seniec Helicopter flight to Lukla from Kathmandu. Have lunch there and trek to Phakding. overnight stay will be at the Sherpa Shangrila Resort in Phakding.

Day 04: Trek to Namche

Today is an exciting day as you begin your trek to Namche Bazaar, one of the main hubs of the Khumbu region. You'll be trekking along the Dudh Koshi River and ascending through the lush forests of the Sagarmatha National Park. The trek offers stunning views of the mountains and the opportunity to experience the local culture and hospitality.

Overnight at Yeti Mountain Home Namche.

Day 05: Acclimate at Namche and tour around Namche village, Study and Learn Sherpa culture

Free day at Namche, tour around Sherpa villages, visit Everest Photo Gallery and Sherpa Culture Museum.

Day 06: Private Heli flies to Lobuche and Trek to Gorakhshep

As you enjoyed the trekking experience in the Himalayas. Now we will take a heli ride near to Everest base camp villages. We will decide on the destination as per your request, and suggestions by the guide and health team. We can fly to Pheriche or Lobuche. If we Take a flight to Pheriche we will trek to Lobuche and overnight there. If we fly to Lobuche we will trek to Gorakhshep and overnight there. Or we can Overnight in Lobuche too. The trekking overnight decisions are made as on climate and, trekkers' health conditions. As the altitude increases rapidly there will be the chance of altitude sickness.

Day 07: Trek to Base camp and return to Gorakhshep

Today you will trek to Everest base camp spend some time there and trek back to Gorakshep.

Overnight at Buddha Lodge Gorakshep.

Day 08: Trek to Kalapathar and Fly back to Kathmandu via private heli

Early in the morning, we will trek to Kalapathar to view the Everest peak. Fly back to Kathmandu by Heli.
