Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, one of our company representatives will receive you at the arrival gate. After that, he will transfer you to the holy place of Kathmandu Boudhanath, where you will be staying. Check in to the hotel, take a rest, and freshen yourself. In the evening, our yoga guru will meet you at the hotel, and he will teach you and make you practice some gentle stretching yoga and sound healing meditation, which lasts for an hour. We’ll begin the day with an early wake-up, followed by a refreshing yoga and meditation session. Afterward, we’ll embark on a scenic drive to Namo Buddha, a revered pilgrimage destination located about 40 kilometers (approximately 2 hours) from Kathmandu Valley. Set at a high altitude and surrounded by lush hills and forests, Namo Buddha offers a peaceful retreat into nature and spirituality.
Upon arrival, we’ll take a short 10-minute hike to reach the Namo Buddha Stupa, a sacred site for Buddhist devotees worldwide. Here, we’ll also visit Thrangu Tashi Yangtse Monastery, a beautiful setting for meditation and reflection. Take time to participate in the rituals and explore the surrounding sites to fully immerse yourself in the spiritual ambiance.
