A Buddhist healing tour in Nepal in Kathmandu, Pokhara, and Lumbini is designed for people who want to explore and relax their minds with the help of spirituality. The tour gives the perfect blend of tour relaxation and calm activities. Your tour will start in the capital city of Nepal, Kathmandu. It is also called the city of ancient temples and monasteries. Monasteries in Nepal are located far from the city area, and they mostly lie on the hilltop near the river and waterfall, which is very peaceful for relaxation and to calm your mind. Your instructor will be the monastery guru and temple priest who will not only teach you yoga and spirituality but also life lessons like how to live life in stressful conditions, how to deal with life problems, and many more that are once in a lifetime to gain knowledge.
Your tour will start in Kathmandu, and then we will take a flight to Pokhara city. A city known for holidays and leisure. It’s the most peaceful city in Nepal, known for being the city of lakes and the gateway to the Himalayas. In Pokhara, there are many stupas, which are located in a peaceful environment. After spending days in Pokhara and relaxing and exploring, we will head to Lumbini. The birth kingdom of Lord Buddha. Lord Buddha was known for his peaceful nature and meditation. He used to give life lessons to people and how to live life. The Lumbini itself is very beautiful in nature and landscapes. Here you will not only meditate and relax but will be able to explore the places where Lord Buddha did his meditation and then he got enlightened. The place is very positive in vibe and very relaxing. Here everywhere you will get to see monks, and you can always ask them about your life questions. This guru and priest will also teach you daily rituals, which are followed by them. They will have the answers that science is not able to give. Everyday we will have morning yoga and mediation to make your day. After that we will explore and do yoga and again explore and do meditation. You will be provided with the professional yoga teacher (guru) who will teach you how to live a life.
Arrival at an international airport.Upon your arrival welcome by our company representative. Then transfer to the hotel near the Boudhhanth Stupa. Which takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes from Airport. Check in to the hotel then freshen up. In the evening our yoga guru participates in gentle stretching and sound healing meditations.

During this day, wake up early in the morning then Practice yoga asana and breathing techniques along with guided meditation by our guru. Then in the evening visit the sacred place of Buddhism: Swayambunath, Bouddhanth, and Kapan Gumba. Explore and Participate in the different rituals and voluntary work for the Poor. After the visit back to the hotel and in the evening with the presence of our guru practice sound healing meditation. After the session enjoy your time with contemplation and self-reflection about the journey in Nepal.

Wake up early in the morning and then participate in the morning meditation and Yoga session which lasts for an hour after the session at the flight time drive to the airport and fly to Pokhara. Upon your arrival at the airport receive by our staff with the vehicle and transfer you to the beautiful viewpoint of Sarangkot (1600m). Which is at the distance of 11.5 km from the Pokhara airport. Check into the hotel then enjoy the panoramic view surrounded by the majestic Himalayan range and beautiful city beneath you. Practice sound healing meditation in the evening. Which awakened the soul and consciousness to the fullest connecting the soul to mother nature and healing the heart and soul with blissfulness and serenity.

Our driver will meet you at the Kathmandu International Airport and take you to the Bouddha Hotel.
