Damodar Kunda is a group of three Kunda (Brahma Kunda, Rudra Kunda, Ananta Kunda); it's a lake described in Barah Puran (a holy book of Hindu). A paragraph explains the importance of this sacred lake in Barah Puran. Lord Krishna has said that whoever visits Damodar Kunda and takes a deep bath,/will be free from all kinds of sins they did in this life or previous life. People believe it was observed that the water formed this lake from Mansarovar mountain. Brahma Kunda, Rudra Kunda, and Ananta Kunda are the three major lakes in the Damodar Kunda. This holy lake is in the Upper Mustang area of Nepal. It is the Northern Himalayan range of Annapurna. Damodar Kunda lies 4890 meters above sea level. It is also the best place to find Shaligram (a stone to represent the form of lord Vishnu).

We will take a heli flight from Kathmandu to Damodar Kunda early in the morning, which will take approximately 3.5 hours to fly. Upon your return to Damodar Kunda, you can visit the kunda, take a holy bath, and explore the place. You can witness the panoramic views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. It offers a spiritual journey and is like an adventure, as trekkers have yet to travel much to this place. Only the Hindus and Buddhists visit here. So, it needs to be explored more in Nepal.

There is a direct helicopter flight from Pokhara to Damodar Kunda. You can take a flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara and then a helicopter flight from Pokhara to Damodar Kunda.
A special permit is needed as it lies in the Upper Mustang and Annapurna conservation area. To visit Damodar Kunda, you should have two permits: the Annapurna Conservation Area Permit (ACAP) and the Trekkers Information Management System (TIMS).
Two permits are required for hiking in the Annapurna Circuit. They are available at tourist offices in Pokhara and Kathmandu. The first permit is the Annapurna Conservation Area permit (ACAP), and the second permit is for the TrekkersInformationn Management System or TIMS. But if you wish to get a permit without any issues, we recommend getting one from our company.
You can visit Damodar Kunda by trekking, which is preferred for those with a lot of time to explore. If you are physically fit and able to trek through hills and in a cold climate, you will see beautiful hills, rivers, lakes, mountains, and many more things, which are the ornaments of Upper Mustang.

According to the schedule, we will fly from Kathmandu to Pokhara. It is 35 minute flight. Upon arrival in Pokhara, drive to the hotel and rest. We will visit famous places in Pokhara, such as Davis Falls, a renowned waterfall about 500 feet long. You can also try your luck there on the luck pond or click a photo with different statues in traditional Nepalese clothes. Shiva Cave is a sacred Hindu site famous for its colorful cave walls and the underground temple dedicated to Shiva. Then, we will visit the famous International Mountain Museum (IMM), which provides comprehensive information on mountaineering activities and different ethnic groups in Nepal. Rest overnight in a hotel.
Muktinath and Damodar Kunda Helicopter Tour is a one-day helicopter tour. Our chartered flight departs from Pokhara airport and makes its first stop in Muktinath. Take Muktinath darshan and holy bath in the 108 water spouts and two ponds. Our chopper then takes off for Damodar Kunda. It is located in the Upper Mustang area at a height of 4890 meters. Take your time taking a holy bath and exploring the surroundings. Fly back to Pokhara and spend the night.
