We will be staying in local tea-house which allows us to get acquainted with local people and their lifestyle. Hospitality of local people is very intriguing. Namaste! Upon your arrival we will welcome you at the international airport and transfer you to our hotel. Once you’re settled (relaxed and freshened up), we will take you to an authentic Nepali dinner. Where we can get to know each other better on the dining table while enjoying tasty food, and to set clear expectations for each other regarding the rest of our days. This will also give you a more in-depth understanding on the upcoming trek.
After breakfast, drive to Ghandruk village, sightseeing around village. Visit Ghandruk Cultural Museum and Lama Heritage Resort. Overnight at Ghandruk
After breakfast, we will to head north of the village,we will walk on an exposed trail to the summit of the ridge and then descend down to the green valley and suspension bridge over the Kimrong Khola. After lunch, we descend down to the valley through the thick cluster of rhododendron and oak forest to reach Chhomrong with great views of snowy peaks.
After breakfast, we will descend down to Chhomrong Khola, cross the river and then climb up to the stunning village of Sinuwa. Thereafter, we walk along the upper reaches of upper Modi Khola Valley through the dense forest of cane, rhododendron and oak. The trail rises and descends down to the village of Bamboo (2,310m/7,580ft) located at the bank of river. After lunch, we will rise up through the uninhabited forest to Doban.
After breakfast, we will walk through the bamboo forest which is damp and cold and then climb steadily on steep slopes. It is only after reaching Himalayan Hotel that the forest widens up and we get the sun again with stunning view of glacial river below. We then make a steep climb through the drier forest before reaching Hinku Cave. From here the trail descends down to the river and then climb to Deurali, the most scenic stretch of the day. The vegetating here is sparser allowing the great view of valley, river and tock cliff about the bands of wispy waterfalls.
After breakfast, climb gradually through a river bed and then on steep trail over the mountain side. The trial from Bagar – Machapuchhre Base Camp is challenging. From Base Camp, we get crystal clear bird eye views of Machhapuchhre along with Mt. Hiunchuli, Annapurna South, Annapurna one, Annapurna three, Gandharvachuli & Gangapurna which is rewarding.
The vegetation disappears on the trail to ABC. The trekking trail opens up as we enter into the Annapurna Sanctuary. The sanctuary offers the 360-degree panorama of Himalayas. From the base camp, we get the mesmerizing views of the Machhapuchhre, Annapurna South, Annapurna I, Hiunchuli and other peaks.
Flight back to Kathmandu
Early morning helicopter flight from ABC to Kathmandu. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, our representative will receive you and transfer you to the hotel. The rest of the day is leisure to explore the Kathmandu city or do last minute shopping. In the evening, we attend a farewell dinner at authentic Nepali restaurant.
Day 07: Heli Fly Back to Pokhara
Early Morning fly back to Pokhara, after lunch sightseeing in Pokhara.
Pokhara Sightseeing Places: Lake side, Peace stupa, Mahendra cave, Gupteshwor cave, Davis Fall, Sarangkot, Rupa Lake,Begnas lake, Pumdikot
Activities in Pokhara: SIghtseeing, Boating, Nature view by Cable Car, Paragliding, Zip Flyer, Bunjee Jumping
Overnight in Pokhara.
You will visit various places of Pokhara, including boating in fewa lake and candle night dinner in Lake side.You can join adventure activities in Pokhara if you want, like paragliding, Bungee jumping, Zip Flyer etc. Take Evening flight to Kathmandu and overnight at Kathmandu.
we will arrange your departure as per your requirment, if your flight is in evening or at night, you can visit some places in Kathmandu valley,
