Sikles village is one of the most picturesque Gurung villages in Nepal's Kashi district, located around 30 kilometers from Pokhara. It is at a height of 2000 meters in the center of the Himalayas. It is known for its rich culture and breathtaking views of the mountain range. Throughout the journey, you will travel by scenic sites such as Taprang, Chipli Gaun, and Khilang, where you may take a brief tea break. After that, continue driving.
When you arrive, settle into your homestay and visit the stunning Gurung village. This location is well-known for its rich culture and welcoming atmosphere. Discover the surroundings and breathtaking vistas of the Annapurna and Lamjung peaks. Then, in the evening, have a bonfire and dance with the local locals. Then dinner and an overnight stay at the cozy homestay. The next day, the sunrise above the Himalayas. Then have breakfast at the guesthouse and hike to a nearby hamlet to learn about local culture and traditions.
You can learn about their traditional attire and engage in their traditions. The town serves thousands of tourists, and fresh veggies are harvested from its farm. After a Gurung breakfast and lunch, return to Pokhara in the evening.

Sikless village trek is easier than other treks in the Annapurna region, such as Poon Hill and Base Camp treks. You may simply hike here without any prior experience. You will only need to practice walking for hours and be physically healthy.
Sikles village is located in Nepal's Kaski district, about 20 kilometers from Pokhara. You will require an hour to drive from Pokhara, depending on the road conditions.
Sikles village is well-known for its local and traditional culture, genuine hospitality, terraced farmlands, rhododendron woods, tranquil scenery, and breathtaking views of the Annapurna and Lamjung Himal mountains.

The distance between Kathmandu and Sikles village is almost 250 kilometers, and the drive is spectacular, passing through mountain ranges and rich green forests.
