After 45 minutes of drive, you’ll reach Budanilkantha famous for the Narayanthan temple and large reclining statue of Lord Vishnu. Legends have their say that King Pratap Malla had a vision that made him believe that the Kings of Nepal would die if they visited Budanilkantha. Though non-Hindus are not allowed to go inside the temple, the temple has a religious vibe around it.
