The Manaslu Circuit Trek in November is perfect if you want to combine Himalayan trekking experience with Festival of Lights, known as Tihar. Tihar is Nepal’s second-biggest festival and is celebrated across the country, from the mountains to the Terai. November is also the peak trekking season in the Manaslu region also known for crystal clear view of Himalayan ranges. The skies are clear, and the temperature is moderate, offering an excellent opportunity to enjoy breathtaking views of the Himalayan ranges, including Manaslu, Ngadi Chuli, Himalchuli, Ganesh Himal, and the surrounding peaks.

The paths are fresh and lush green as a result of the recent monsoon.  In the lower elevations, you may still see autumn foliage, with trees turning golden and red, making for excellent photos. The trial is newly popular compared to other trekking destinations in Nepal, such as the Langtang Valley, Annapurna base camp, and Everest base camp treks. During the hike, you will have the opportunity to explore the region and face exciting difficulties. During this time, Larkya La Pass is also safe to cross because there are no snow, ice, or avalanches.

You will be passing through Tibetan-influenced villages, which provide an excellent opportunity to explore and learn about local cultures and ceremonies. All of the tea houses at each trial location are open, making tea house accommodations simple and eliminating the need to book tea houses. You may easily explore the villages and climb to surrounding viewpoints for breathtaking views of Mt. Manaslu.

The cost of the Manaslu circuit trek  in November is the same as it was in prior months, such as Manaslu Circuit in September and Manaslu Circuit in  October. Some minor alterations to the budget may occur, such as accommodations, transportation, guide, and porter. Because it is a festival, some persons may charge you an additional fee, while others may not; it is up to the individual.  However, your overall trekking expenditures are determined by permits, hotels, transportation, and food and gear rentals.

The permit costs for November are USD 100 for one week, followed by USD 15 for the Manaslu Restricted Area permit, USD 30 for the Manaslu Conservation Area permit, and USD 30 for the Annapurna Conservation Area permit, as you will be ending your trek in Nepal’s Annapurna region, which serves as the gateway to the Annapurna Circuit trek and the North Annapurna base camp trek. Your transportation prices vary depending on the vehicle you choose. If you choose a public car, they may charge you around 15 USD per person from Kathmandu to Sotikhola or Machakhola, however, if you use a private vehicle, they may charge you between 200 USD and 250 USD.

Your gear rental pricing is determined by the items you are renting, and it ranges from $10 to $20. Vehicle cost for the Manaslu Circuit trek in November

Vehicle fees for the Manaslu circuit trip in November vary based on the vehicle choices you select. Because the walk is a circuit, it is not recommended to bring a private leased vehicle for self-drive.  You will begin your journey in one location and end in another. You have three options for getting to the starting point: driving by public bus, renting a private vehicle, or taking a helicopter flight.

If you start your walk in a private vehicle, the cost is roughly $10, but they may charge you $15 because it is festival season.  Another alternative is to rent a whole SUV car for a luxurious ride, which often costs between $200 and USD 250.  You can divide the cost among your buddies or the group you’ll be joining to begin your adventure. Another option is to charter a helicopter from Tribhuvan International Airport, fly to Jagat or Samagaun, and begin your walk. The costs range from $2500 to $3000 per person, however, if you prefer not to drive or fly to your location, this may be the ideal alternative for you.

Why should you rent a private vehicle to get to Manaslu Circuit?

Renting a private vehicle, such as a Jeep or Scorpio, will allow you to travel in comfort.  You will save a lot of time, and it is simple and convenient. Public transportation takes longer to reach the destination, often taking 10 hours or more.  When you rent a car, you can plan your pick-up and drop-off times around your schedule.

You can stop the car whenever you want and enjoy the side trips or meals you see along the way; but, public vehicles do not stop when the consumer requests it. Private vehicles are less congested, and they fill the jeep based on seats, making it more adaptable and pleasant.  The public transportation is congested, especially during festivals, making it quite uncomfortable.

You will need to be prepared for both warm and cold climates. Crampons and other trekking equipment may be required if there is severe snowfall.
