At Adventure Vision Treks, we own our own tourist vehicles for renting. Whether you’re a family on holiday, a group of friends, or a solo traveler seeking a private tour, we offer a diverse fleet of well-maintained vehicles for rent per day across Nepal.

Why Rent a Vehicle Per Day in Nepal?
Renting a vehicle by the day offers unparalleled advantages for exploring Nepal:
Freedom & Flexibility: Craft your own itinerary. Spend more time at a place you love, make spontaneous stops for photos, and travel at your own pace.
Comfort & Convenience: Public vehicles have crowded and complex schedules. Travel in a private, air-conditioned vehicle with ample space for you and your luggage.
Time-Efficient: Traveling means managing time and covering more places too. Booking a private vehicle allows you to travel in your style and to the selected destinations only. Direct travel between destinations means more time exploring and less time waiting.
Accessibility: Public transportation goes to certain routes and stops only. Reach remote destinations, trailheads, and off-the-beaten-path locations that are not easily accessible by public transport.
Safety & Reliability: Our vehicles are fully insured, regularly serviced, and driven by experienced, professional drivers who know Nepal’s roads intimately.
Our Fleet: Find Your Perfect Ride

Understanding Cost for Vehicle Rent Per Day in Nepal
The cost to rent a vehicle per day in Nepal varies based on several factors. At Adventure Vision Treks, we believe in transparent pricing with no hidden charges.
What determines the cost?
Vehicle Type: A sedan is more economical than a 4WD Jeep.
Road Condition: The cost also depends upon the road condition; travelling on hilly roads costs more than travelling in city areas.
Rental Duration: Longer rentals often have better daily rates.
Distance & Destination: Trips that cover longer distances or involve challenging terrain may have a different cost structure.
Inclusions: Our quotes typically include the vehicle, driver, fuel, and all driver allowances. Toll taxes, parking, and driver’s accommodation (on multi-day trips) are usually extra.

What is the overnight cost for vehicle rent per day in Nepal?
Overnight cost is an additional cost for reserving for waiting without using it. For example, you booked a Kathmandu-Pokhara Scorpio; this means the driver will drop you in Pokhara and return back to Kathmandu. The next day you do the Pokhara tour and return back to Kathmandu another day. In this case you can book a vehicle in two ways.
First is Kathmandu-Pokhara vehicle booking, and then again book Pokhara to Kathmandu. Let’s see how much this costs, assuming you are using a Scorpio vehicle. The one-way cost is Rs 17800. And the cost for Pokhara to Kathmandu is also the same, which is Rs 17800. So the total cost is 17800+17800, which is Rs 35600.
The second way is using an overnight facility. Here you will book a Kathmandu to Pokhara Scorpio, which is Rs 17800, and you will use a one-day waiting (overnight) facility. That is Rs 4500 for Scorpio. And you will return by the same vehicle to Kathmandu on another day. That will cost you Rs 17800 + 2 overnight (2*4500) = Rs 26800 only.
In this way you will save the money as well, and you will return by the same vehicle and driver too. Remember, if your stay is longer at the destination, then it’s good to use the first option. And if your stay is shorter, the second option is good. So choose the option wisely.
